“Staff is always helpful and patient when I call with a question. We have used them for over 18 years. We’ve had a few small claims in that time and 2 large ones. Claims are processed promptly and efficiently. They fought the manufacturer of our hot water heater when it burst and caused damage. They followed up for 16 months and were able to get our deductible back for us. Great company, highly recommend.”
